Doctor says she does very well. She is almost like a 4 month size baby (see below for her percentiles record). In addition, she receives two shots in both legs (1 shot combo of DTaP, Hib, & Polio, and 1 shot of PCV) and a drink of RV. She cries a little while the nurse gave her the shot. Below are photos of Snoopy bandages the nurse put on after the shots.
Mommy also check with doctor regards her stuffy nose problem...the doctor says no require of cleaning nose unless she makes signs of uncomfortable. In addition, she needs to learn how to take care of herself. Poor baby, mommy knows she is having tough time breathing most of the time from her breathing sound.
As of 10/9/09 she is:
23 1/4" long
13 pound 1.5 ounces
39 cm head circumference
Her percentiles are as follows:
94.97% on weight-for-age
83.25% on length-for-age
58.88% on head circumference-for-age
Katherine is fussy and her temperature is a little higher this afternoon....it is most likely due to the shot reaction...hope she will not have any fever. The next appointment is 2 month later for 4 month check up...and of course more shots for her to take...poor baby.
